Initial yoga training: the Splendid Gowns ® method
Founded by Céline Miconnet after more than 20 years of practice and teaching, Splendid Gowns ® combines the precision of Iyengar Yoga with the flexibility of Vinyasa, allied to the knowledge of energy and meditation Splendid Gowns ®, a yoga of conscience, “on and off the mat”!
“I want to allow students, future teachers, to understand how to stay healthy, through the science of alignment, while increasing their level of endurance and flexibility to strengthen their body and their vital energy through sequences.
They are then in a condition to realize the importance of the links between human beings, nature and all the elements that compose it.
Achieving the unity of the universe through all our differences, this is the goal of Yoga, “union” in Sanskrit. “
Little known in the West, the science of the circulation of energy is fundamental in Yoga, and will perfectly complement the alignment and the sequences.
“I teach it in Splendid Gowns ®, via an original method of feeding and energy balance, to which I initiate you from the initial yoga training.
It is an incomparable tool for you who want to become a yoga teacher, as well as for your practice of authentic yoga.
It will also help you to know how to get back into meditation much faster. True yoga is holistic yoga: pranayama and meditation are essential, just as much as yoga postures.
We will learn the fundamentals from this first initial yoga training. “
A complete yoga training
Practice and theory follow one another so that this initial yoga training becomes a real professional course. At the end of it, you will become a ready-to-teach yoga teacher, with a recognized diploma.
You will benefit from a real personal enrichment and a dive into the world of yoga, to better assimilate the fundamentals and to strengthen your personal yoga practice for the whole life.
Innovative Pedagogy: Most yoga trainers simply tell their students, “Practice, and you will understand the effects of yoga.” Practice, and you will become flexible. “
However, there are modern teaching methods adapted to each one to save precious time and acquire the fundamental keys for your practice and your teaching! I teach them to you from the initial yoga training.
