Terms

ORDERING

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation acknowledging your order placement. Once your order is shipped you will receive an automatic notification e-mail.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your merchandise for another dress within 10 days of receiving your goods. Items made to order (altered or not currently in stock) and sale items cannot be returned. Please Note: You are responsible for all charges associated with the return of your item(s).
The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.

The customer is obliged to inform us about planned return by e-mail: info@splendid-gowns.com or phone.

If you are sending the goods from outside of European Union, a customs declaration sticker needs to be attached with the following information filled in: Package contains a dress and it is returned goods; Customs value is 20 Euro or 20 USD

EXCHANGES

Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send you your new order. We don't cover transport cost at exchange. If your exchange exceeds the amount of your original purchase, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. As soon as we have shipped the item, you will receive an e-mail with this information.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard order : the order will be completed within 14 business days plus transport time since being confirmed
Express order: the order will be completed within 4 business days plus transport time since being confirmed. Express orders are charged additional 10% to the standard prices.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order as long as your order is in process. If your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel your order, please send us the email to: lukasz@splendid-gowns.com
